Villages of Itria Valley Trip

After picking you up from your accommodation, we will head towards Itria Valley, located in the heart of the Apulia region. During the journey, you will admire the landscape filled with olive groves and vineyards.

Our first stop is at the town of Polignano a Mare, located on a clifftop overlooking the ocean. We will stroll through its historic quarter to discover traditional white houses and churches such as Chiesa Matrice.

We will continue to Alberobello, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Here you will see the distinctive cylindrical houses known as Trulli.

Next, we will drive among vineyards to Locorotondo. The white houses and circular old town make it one of the most beautiful villages in Apulia. We will explore the winding streets, including notable sites like the Church of Saint George and the Villa Comunale, offering a panoramic view of the Valley of Itria.

Our last destination is Ostuni, known as the 'White City'. We will explore the cobblestone streets of the old town center, reminiscent of the Middle Ages.

The excursion ends back in Lecce, where we will accompany you back to your hotel.
