On this excursion from Lençóis, we'll visit several caves in the Chapada Diamantina and the surroundings of the Morro do Pai Inácio.
Chapada Diamantina Caves Tour + Morro do Pai Inácio
Pickup at your hotel in Lençóis is at 8:30 am. We will tour the Chapada Diamantina, located in Bahia.
The first stop is at the Lapa Doce Cave, an 800-meter-long limestone cave. Following this, we will visit the Pratinha Cave for a swim in its clear waters.
After a lunch break at a local restaurant, we will visit the Blue Grotto. Next, we will head to the Morro do Pai Inácio, a peak of 1,200 meters (over 3,900 feet) that offers extensive views of the Chapada Diamantina. The hike to the top takes 20 minutes.
After descending from Morro do Pai Inácio, we will return to the hotels in Lençóis, arriving at 6:30 pm.
