Amazon Hiking Tour

We'll meet at 8 am in front of the Ethnographic Museum of Leticia. After gathering the group, we'll travel by minibus to the Amazon rainforest surrounding the town to explore its flora and fauna.

After reviewing safety instructions, we'll start a hiking route through the Amazon rainforest, focusing on native species and environmental respect. Depending on your selected level of difficulty, you will follow smooth paths or take on steep and rocky trails. This experience includes hiking through exotic wildlife such as birds and insects, with the possibility of spotting caimans from a safe distance. You will also see hidden canals and locals fishing in creeks.

At lunch, we'll have a picnic lunch in the middle of the Amazon. After eight hours of exploration, we'll return to Leticia and conclude the hiking route.

Difficulty level

When booking, you can choose the hiking tour's difficulty level. The hike duration is three hours for the easy route, five hours for the moderate route, and eight hours for the advanced route.
