Day Trip to an Indigenous Maloca
At your chosen time, we'll meet at the tourist boardwalk to board the vessel to Puerto Nariño to visit a traditional Ticuna community. We will learn about the local way of life of this village. Upon arrival, the inhabitants will welcome us and introduce their ancestral beliefs and customs. Then, a ritual ceremony will commence where the Ticunas will share their vision of life and the universe.
Next, we will participate in a natural painting workshop and enjoy community games. Afterward, we will accompany Ticuna families on a walk along ancient trails surrounding the settlement, where we will learn about the healing power of plants and its significance for them.
After 3 hours of cultural discovery, we will return to Puerto Nariño and drop you off at your hotel.
