Activity: Kayaking & Abseiling with Ziplining in Leticia

During the booking process, you have the flexibility to choose your preferred activity or opt for a combination of both. Each experience will commence at the designated time in front of the Ethnological Museum, leaving you with an indelible memory of the Amazonian landscape.

Kayaking Experience

If you choose to embark on the kayak adventure, our destination will be Yahuarcaca Lake. This experience will last approximately 3 to 4 hours as we paddle through the verdant flora and diverse wildlife that inhabit this lake deep within the Amazon.

As we navigate the waters of Yahuarcaca, we will explore the extraordinary biodiversity of the Amazon and the cultures of its indigenous communities. After our excursion, we’ll recharge with a picnic lunch before making our way back to Leticia.

Abseiling & Ziplining Adventure

Once assembled and introduced, we will proceed to Kilometre 11, where a brief 10-minute trek through the rainforest awaits. Upon arrival at our platform, we will review essential safety protocols and become acquainted with the canyoning gear. Let’s don our harnesses, helmets, and ropes and get ready for an exhilarating journey!

We will descend to a height of approximately 131 feet (40 meters) by abseiling through the rainforest until we reach the zipline launching area. Here, you will soar among the treetops! Following a thrilling 3-to-4-hour activity, we’ll enjoy lunch outdoors before heading back to the starting point in Leticia.

Combined Abseiling & Ziplining + Kayaking

If you select this option, you will experience both activities within the same day. We will first tackle the designated abseiling and ziplining course and, after a satisfying lunch, make our way to Yahuarcaca Lake for kayaking.
