Leticia Kayaking + Abseiling & Ziplining Activity

When making your booking, you'll be able to choose either the kayaking tour, the abseiling and ziplining activity, or a combination of both. Each activity starts at the scheduled time in front of the Ethnological Museum.

Kayak Tour

If you opt for the kayak tour, we'll head to Yahuarcaca Lake, spending around 3 to 4 hours kayaking through the surrounding vegetation. We will discuss the Amazon's biodiversity and the lifestyle of its indigenous communities. After kayaking, we will have a picnic lunch before returning to Leticia.

Abseiling & Ziplining

Upon arrival at Kilometre 11, we will take a 10-minute walk through the rainforest to the platform. After a safety briefing and familiarization with the canyoning equipment, we will ascend to a height of about 131 feet (40 metres) by abseiling until we reach the zipline platform. From there, you will glide over the treetops. This activity lasts 3 to 4 hours, followed by outdoor lunch before returning to Leticia.

Abseiling & Ziplining + Kayaking

For this option, both activities will be performed on the same day. We will first complete the abseiling and ziplining route, followed by lunch and then kayak at Yahuarcaca Lake.
