The Marasha Natural Reserve Tour offers an adventure in the Peruvian Amazon, including navigation of the world's largest river amidst lush landscapes.
Tour Description
We will pick you up from the Leticia Boardwalk at the scheduled time and proceed to the port of Leticia. We will board a typical Amazon River canoe for an approximately 30-minute river trip.
During the trip, you will enjoy the jungle scenery as we cross the natural border with Peru. We will arrive at the Marasha Natural Reserve.
Upon arrival, we will hike along ecological trails to observe the region's flora and fauna. You can also choose to continue exploring by canoeing or kayaking, and try artisanal fishing.
Additionally, visit Mico Island to see primates or go to the river to observe the Victoria Regia, a group of giant water lilies found in the Amazon.
The excursion concludes with a buffet lunch before we return to Leticia.
