The Marasha Natural Reserve Tour offers an adventure in the Peruvian Amazon, navigating the world's largest river and exploring lush landscapes.
Tour Description
At the specified time, we will pick you up from the Leticia Boardwalk and proceed to the port of Leticia. We will board a typical Amazon River canoe for an approximately 30-minute river trip.
During the journey, we will enjoy the impressive jungle and cross the natural border with Peru, arriving at the Marasha Natural Reserve.
Upon arrival, we will take a hiking route along ecological trails to observe the flora and fauna of this South American region. Additionally, participants can choose to continue touring by canoeing or kayaking and try artisanal fishing.
Visitors can also visit Mico Island to see primates or go to the river to see the Victoria Regia, a group of giant water lilies native to the Amazon.
The tour concludes with a buffet lunch to replenish energy before returning to Leticia.
