The Marasha Natural Reserve Tour offers an adventure in the Peruvian Amazon, navigating the world's largest river and exploring lush landscapes.
Tour Description
At the scheduled time, you will be picked up from the Leticia Boardwalk and transported to the port in Leticia. You will board a typical Amazon River canoe for an approximately 30-minute river trip.
During the journey, you will admire the jungle and cross the natural border with Peru to reach the Marasha Natural Reserve.
Upon arrival, a hiking route along ecological trails will allow you to observe the region's flora and fauna. Additionally, you can choose to continue exploring the area by canoeing or kayaking, or try your hand at artisanal fishing.
You can also visit Mico Island to interact with primates or go to the river to see the Victoria Regia, a group of giant water lilies native to the Amazon.
The excursion concludes with a buffet lunch before starting the return journey to Leticia.
