Day 1

Upon arrival at Lhasa Airport or train station, you will be transferred to your hotel for rest before exploring Lhasa.

Day 2

Your day begins with a visit to the Potala Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that was the Dalai Lama's residence until 1959. The palace has over one thousand rooms including chapels and libraries with ancient Buddhist scrolls.

Next, you will visit the Jokhang Temple, an important spiritual center featuring a notable statue of Buddha at 12 years old. Afterward, explore the lively Barkhor district.

End the day with a welcome meal in a local restaurant.

Day 3

Your journey continues to Dadong, a well-preserved Tibetan village. Here, you'll enjoy natural landscapes and visit the Nyimatang Monastery, dating from the 11th century.

A traditional meal with a local family will enrich your cultural experience. Later, visit Sera Monastery to witness the vigorous debates among Buddhist monks.

Day 4

On your final day, you will be driven back to the airport or train station in Lhasa.

A special permit is required to enter Tibet. Provide your passport details at booking to receive your Tibet Entry Permit in about 8 working days. Bring your passport & Chinese visa on the trip.Pickup times from the airport or train station are at 10 am, 1:30 pm, or 5 pm.Transfer back to the airport or train station is at 6:30 am, 8 am, or 12 pm.For other pickup or drop-off times, you will be contacted to arrange details.
