Tibet to Nepal: 7 Day Tour
Day 1: Lhasa
Upon arrival at Lhasa Airport or the main train station, you will be transferred to your hotel in Lhasa for relaxation before exploring Tibet.
Day 2: Lhasa
Your guided tour starts after breakfast with a visit to Potala Palace, the former winter residence of the Dalai Lama. Following that, you'll explore Jokhang Temple and the surrounding Barkhor district. Conclude your day with a welcome meal at a local restaurant.
Day 3: Lhasa – Dadong – Lhasa
After breakfast, drive to the ancient village of Dadong and explore Nyimatang Monastery. You'll interact with a local family and share a traditional meal. Visit Sera Monastery to witness a monk debate before returning to your hotel.
Day 4: Shigatse
After breakfast, depart for Shigatse. Cross the Gangbala Pass at 16,400 feet for views of Yamdrok Lake. Visit the historic town of Gyantse and the Palcho Monastery before settling in Shigatse for the night.
Day 5: Shigatse - Rongbuk - Everest Base Camp
Post-breakfast, explore Tashi Lhunpo Monastery then head towards Mount Everest Nature Reserve. Camp overnight in Rongbuk near Base Camp.
Day 6: Rongbuk - Everest Base Camp - Kyirong
Watch the sunrise over Mount Everest. Visit Rongbuk Monastery and then proceed to Everest Base Camp before heading to Kryiong for the final night.
Day 7: Kyirong - Nepal
Your tour ends at the Tibet-Nepal border (border crossing not included).

Important information
A special permit is required to enter Tibet; provide passport details when booking. Expect the Tibet Entry Permit in about 8 working days.Airport/train station pickup times are 10 am, 1:30 pm, and 5 pm.Return transfer times are 6:30 am, 8 am, or 12 pm.Alternative pick/drop times will be arranged upon request.

A minimum of two participants is required. Solo travelers may pay an additional fee or reschedule. For group bookings with a mix of double and single rooms, first book double rooms, then single rooms while indicating your joint travel in the comments section.
