On our day trip to Liberia and the Santa Rosa National Park, we'll travel through biodiverse forests and significant historical sites in Costa Rica.

Liberia & Santa Rosa National Park Day Trip

Between 7:30 and 8:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Guanacaste. We'll board our vehicle and set off for an adventure through Santa Rosa National Park and Liberia, the capital of the province.

The journey to our first destination takes 1 hour and 30 minutes, where we will admire the scenery and discuss the history of Costa Rica.

At Santa Rosa National Park, we will visit the Casona de Santa Rosa, a historic monument known for the Battle of Santa Rosa.

During the trip, we'll explore the Costa Rican rainforest and may encounter various wildlife, including jaguars, pumas, deer, magpies, and toucans.

Afterwards, we will travel to Liberia, which is an hour away from Santa Rosa, and take a break at a restaurant to try casado, a traditional Costa Rican dish.

We'll then enjoy a 1-hour guided tour around the main monuments in Liberia's city center.

After 6 hours of exploration, we will return you to your hotel in Guanacaste.
