Caral & Bandurria Day Trip

Your day begins with a pick up from the main hotels in the city at 9 am. We will head north to the archaeological site of the sacred city of Caral.

The site features five thousand year old pyramids, temples and astronomical centres. Located in the Supe valley, Caral is considered the third oldest location with human settlements in the world, following Mesopotamia and Egypt.

After exploring Caral, you will have an hour of free time for lunch before we proceed to the Paradise Wetlands.

At the Bandurria archaeological complex, an ancient fishing village, you will see pyramids and mounds and enjoy a natural lookout point with views of the Pacific Ocean and the Paradise Lagoon.

The tour concludes with a return to your hotels in Lima at approximately 8 pm.

Pick Up

Pick ups will be from all hotels in the following districts:

Miraflores and San Isidro (between 10 and 40 minutes before the tour starts)Hotels in Barranco and other hotels in downtown Lima (between 50 and 65 minutes before the tour starts).

If you are staying in other districts, please make your way to one of the hotels in the specified areas by approximately 20 pm.
