Ceviche, Pisco Sour & Causa + Local Market Tour

At the scheduled time, pickup will be provided from your hotel in Lima. The tour begins with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. We will walk along the Malecón de Miraflores towards Barranco, where we will visit an artisan coffee shop for coffee, tea, or a lucuma shake, followed by a walking tour through the picturesque streets and squares of Barranco.

Next, we will head to La Mar, a culinary-rich area, and stop at a traditional market to taste a variety of local Peruvian products at a fruit and vegetable stall.

The experience will continue at a local restaurant, subject to availability or season, for a workshop on ceviche and causa limeña, the most typical dishes in Peruvian cuisine. Participants will also learn how to make pisco sour. After the workshop, you can have lunch on your own at the restaurant.

We will return to your hotel in Lima approximately 4.5 hours after pickup. Alternatively, you may choose to stay at the restaurant to enjoy Lima's flavors further.
