On this day trip to the Widow's Mountain Range, we will admire snowy mountains and colourful lagoons.

Day Trip Details

We will pick you up at your selected meeting point in Lima to begin our journey towards the Widow's Mountain Range. The drive will last 2.5 hours and include a stop at Santa Rosa de Quives for breakfast and a visit to the chapel of Rose of Lima. You can bring a letter with your wishes to throw into the wishing well.

Next, we will stop at the Cochapampa viewpoint for scenic views of Canta. After that, we will visit the Pomora Waterfall (Mellizadera) and then continue to the Lagoon of 7 Colours at 4800 metres (15750 feet) above sea level. Here, we will perform a ritual to pay homage to the Earth and enjoy 2 hours of free time to explore or take a boat trip across the lagoon.

Afterward, we will head to Huaros for lunch, where you can try local dishes like trout or pachamanca. We will then begin our return trip to Lima, stopping at Canta for a break and the opportunity to purchase local products. The tour lasts a total of 16 hours, ending at the original meeting point.
