Lunahuaná & Cerro Azul Day Trip

Combine adventure and cultural tourism on our Lunahuaná & Cerro Azul Day Trip, which includes rafting on the Cañete River. You'll also taste the wine and honey produced in this area of Peru.

Description

Between 5 am and 6:20 am, we'll pick you up from various meeting points in Lima. After boarding the minibus, we'll drive south for 2 hours to the city of Mala, where we'll stop for breakfast.

We will continue our journey to Cerro Azul, where you'll have 2 hours of free time to explore. You can visit handicraft shops, go to the beach, or walk along the famous pier.

Following our visit to Cerro Azul, we'll head to Lunahuaná for an adrenaline-packed rafting activity on the Cañete River. After rafting, we will take a guided tour of Lunahuaná, visiting the square and church and then ascending to a natural viewpoint to see Cañete Valley. You'll have 1 hour for lunch after the tour.

In the afternoon, we will visit La Reina de Lunahuaná winery to learn about wine and pisco production, followed by a tasting. We will also visit a nearby beekeeping farm to explore honey production and sample honey.

We will return to Lima, arriving around 9 pm.
