Pantanos de Villa Day Trip

On this day trip to the Pantanos de Villa, you will experience the wetlands and diverse landscapes, making it an opportunity to connect with nature near the city.

Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we will pick you up at your hotel in Lima and travel south for approximately 45 minutes to reach the renowned Pantanos de Villa, an ecological oasis close to the city.

Upon arrival, we will explore this natural sanctuary, home to over 170 species of native and migratory birds. You will visit various lagoons linked to the hydrological system of the Rímac River and learn about the biodiversity supporting the local fauna and flora, including reptiles, fish, and aquatic insects.

As we proceed, you will have the opportunity to engage in birdwatching and, if fortunate, observe unique species and their natural behaviors. You will also discover the important role of the reeds and other marsh plants in this habitat.

We will conclude our visit at a beach and lagoon area, providing a serene environment to relax before returning to Lima, dropping you off at your hotel 3.5 hours after pickup.
