Pantanos de Villa Day Trip

On this day trip to the Pantanos de Villa, you'll experience wetlands, birds, and vibrant landscapes, ideal for reconnecting with nature while remaining close to the city.

Day Trip Details

At the scheduled time, pickup will be from your hotel in Lima, and we will travel south to the Pantanos de Villa, approximately a 45-minute journey. This ecological oasis is located near the city.

Upon arrival, we will explore this natural sanctuary, which hosts over 170 species of native and migratory birds. You will visit several lagoons linked to the hydrological system of the Rímac River and learn about the biodiversity that supports local fauna and flora, including reptiles, fish, and aquatic insects.

As the trip progresses, you will have the opportunity to become a skilled birdwatcher. If fortunate, you may see unique species and observe their behavior in nature, as well as understand the importance of the reeds and other marsh plants in this habitat.

The visit will conclude at a beach and lagoon area, allowing you to relax in a peaceful environment before returning to Lima and dropping you off at your hotel 3.5 hours after pickup.
