Pantanos de Villa Trip
At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Lima and head south to the Pantanos de Villa. During the journey, we will follow the Peruvian coast and stop to admire the ocean from a cliff.
Upon arrival at Pantanos de Villa, we will explore the wetland, home to over 200 species of birds. We will follow trails through the parkland and have the opportunity to climb observation towers for expansive views.
Species of interest include the Great grebe, Andean coot, herons, egrets, and Peruvian pelican. The area also supports a variety of fish, reptiles, and amphibians.
After a morning of exploration, we will return you to your hotel in Lima.
