Did you know that some of Italy's best vintages are produced on the slopes of Etna? Discover the secrets of Sicily's fine wine at the Vini Gambino wineries, including a wine tasting.

Activity Details

The Vini Gambino winery is located at the foothill of Mount Etna, 5 kilometers from Linguaglossa center. Join us at the selected time to explore the world of exquisite Sicilian wine.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a glass of white wine to toast. The winery is recognized by National Geographic as one of the ten most beautiful wineries in the world.

During the visit, you will tour the vineyards and facilities while learning about the wine-making process, from grape seeds to the final beverage. We will discuss how the volcanic soil of Mount Etna contributes to the wine.

The experience lasts a total of 1.5 hours, concluding with a wine tasting session where you will learn to appreciate the nuances of Sicilian wine.

Wine Tasting & Appetizer

The tasting experience includes options of four or five glasses of wine. Details of each option are as follows:

Wine tasting and a light appetizer: includes four glasses of wine paired with a cheese platter.Wine tasting and a full appetizer: includes five glasses of wine with hard-boiled eggs, Gambino extra virgin olive oil, typical Sicilian cheeses, cold cuts, seasonal soup or cream soup, and grilled sausage with roasted potatoes and spinach. For dessert, Sicilian cannoli mignon with ricotta, bread, and water.
