Alicudi & Filicudi Excursion
45 minutes before the indicated time, we'll meet at Piazza di Marina Corta in Lipari, board the boat and set sail for a day of exploration.
We'll start our cruise along the coast of Lipari to admire the Faraglioni di Lipari emerging from the sea. As the boat approaches the island of Filicudi, you'll also be able to check out the Grotta del Bue Marino, the largest sea cave in the Aeolian archipelago.
After docking at the port of Filicudi, you'll have two hours of free time to explore the island and grab some lunch. Be sure to visit the archaeological site of Capo Graziano, where you can explore Neolithic settlement remains, or go to one of the island's viewpoints to admire La Canna, a volcanic cliff over 80 meters tall.
Next, we'll head to Alicudi, where you'll experience the serene vibe of this small volcanic island. With only 150 inhabitants and no roads, the villages are connected by a network of trails. You will have two hours to discover the island at your leisure, visiting the village of San Bartolomé and its church offering incredible views or exploring the area of Contrada Tonna.
At the end of the excursion, we'll return to Lipari, arriving 9 hours after the start of the tour.
