Take advantage of your trip to Lipari to visit the two westernmost Aeolian Islands. On this excursion, you'll enjoy the rural tranquility of Alicudi and visit the archaeological sites of Filicudi!

Alicudi & Filicudi Excursion

45 minutes before the indicated time, we'll meet at Piazza di Marina Corta in Lipari, board the boat and set sail for a day of exploration.

We'll start our cruise along the coast of Lipari to admire the Faraglioni di Lipari. As the boat approaches the island of Filicudi, you'll check out the Grotta del Bue Marino, the largest sea cave in the Aeolian archipelago.

We'll dock at the port of Filicudi for two hours of free time to explore the island and have lunch. History enthusiasts should visit the archaeological site of Capo Graziano, an ancient Neolithic settlement, or one of the island's viewpoints to admire La Canna, a volcanic cliff over 80 meters tall.

Afterward, we'll head to Alicudi, the westernmost of the Aeolian Islands. You'll have two hours to discover the island, which has no roads but is connected by trails. You can visit the village of San Bartolomé and its church housing the patron saint of the archipelago, or explore Contrada Tonna and its rural houses.

At the end of the excursion, we'll return to Lipari, arriving 9 hours after the start of the tour.
