Sail the waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea and visit the islands of Stromboli and Panarea with this excursion from Lipari. Seafront homes, beautiful coves and a magical volcanic spectacle await!

Day Trip Details

45 minutes before the indicated time, we'll meet at Piazza di Marina Corta and board a boat to sail across the Tyrrhenian Sea, departing from Lipari to Panarea, the second smallest island of the Aeolian archipelago.

Upon arrival in Panarea, you'll have two hours of free time to explore. A recommended activity is hiking to Cala Junco, a famous beach with crystal clear waters and the remains of an ancient settlement from 1400 BC.

We will regroup at the port of Panarea and sail to Stromboli. Weather permitting, we will stop halfway for you to take a dip in the sea.

Near Stromboli, we will observe volcanic activity and landscapes from the boat. During sunset, we will return to Lipari, witnessing the lava gushing from Stromboli's slopes.

The excursion concludes with our arrival back at the starting point, approximately eight to nine hours after departure from Lipari.

Important Info

If Stromboli is in a red zone due to a volcanic activity alert and disembarkation is forbidden, we will adjust the trip for safety. In this case, there will be a longer stop at Panarea followed by a scenic tour from the sea around Stromboli, where we will admire Strombolicchio and Sciara del Fuoco.
