Tired of the city? On this day trip, you'll immerse yourself in the Arrábida natural park, visiting picturesque hamlets and even vineyards. Plus, a tasting in a winery is included!
Arrabida and Sesimbra Day Trip
Leaving Lisbon, the tour crosses the Tajo via the Vasco da Gama Bridge towards Arrábida.
With Lisbon 50 km behind, there will be a stop in Setúbal to climb Palmela Castle, where you can enjoy views of the city and Sado River.
Crossing the wine-producing region of Palmela, you'll experience its unique landscape of vineyards and cork trees. A stop at a family winery will include a tasting of 4 wines.
The tour continues to Arrábida Natural Park, reaching heights of 500 meters above sea level for panoramic views of the park and Atlantic beaches.
Afterward, the tour heads to Portinho da Arrábida beach, where there will be free time to swim during summer.
Next, you will visit Sesimbra, a fishing village, with free time for lunch.
Post-lunch, the tour goes to Azeitão, where you will visit old wineries and enjoy a tasting of 2 different wines.
Finally, the tour returns to Lisbon over the 25th April Bridge, with a brief stop at the Cristo Rey statue for views of Lisbon.
