Excursión en tren a Sintra y Quinta da Regaleira

On this tour, you'll travel by train from Lisbon to Sintra to explore the Quinta da Regaleira.

Activity Details

We will meet at the Rossio station and travel by train to Sintra, with a journey time of approximately 30 minutes.

Upon arrival, we will have a guided walking tour of the old town lasting around 1.5 hours, visiting iconic sites such as the Pelourinho de Sintra fountain and the town hall.

The tour will include views of the Castelo dos Mouros and the Palacio Nacional da Pena, continuing towards the Palacio Nacional da Sintra to appreciate its façade.

Next, we will visit the Quinta da Regaleira, a World Heritage Site, where we will learn about its unique owner, António Augusto Carvalho Monteiro, and the symbols embedded within the palace.

We will explore the initiation well of Quinta da Regaleira and discuss its purpose and construction. All your questions will be answered during this visit.

The total duration of the tour is around 4.5 hours. The return journey to Lisbon is not included and can be organized independently. You may also choose to remain in Sintra if desired.
