Tour Details
We'll kick off this journey along the Great Ocean Road by picking you up from your Melbourne hotel. Indigenous people inhabited this area for 40,000 years. During the tour, fascinating insights about this natural paradise will be shared.
As we leave Melbourne, you'll enjoy spectacular views of the city and Port Phillip Bay, while crossing the Westgate, Australia's longest bridge. Our first stop is the charming town of Anglesea, where we'll stroll along the picturesque Anglesea River.
The scenic route continues along the lakes of the Great Ocean Road, leading to Kennett River, where you'll have free time for lunch.
After lunch, we'll explore the eucalyptus-filled forests, home to the iconic koala, and journey through the Great Otway National Park to the Shipwreck Coast and the rock formations of Port Campbell National Park.
Inside the park, we'll visit Loch Ard Gorge and recount the tale of a 19th-century shipwreck, revealing if any survivors made it.
A highlight of this excursion is witnessing the sunset at Twelve Apostles Beach, as the last rays of sunlight illuminate these colossal limestone formations.
Before returning to Melbourne, we'll stop for dinner in Colac at a local restaurant. After a 12 to 13-hour day, we'll return you to your hotel.
