The wine tour of the Yarra Valley will begin with a stop at Rochford Wines to explore Australian wine production. You will taste the wines and learn about cultivation, fermentation, aging, and the types of barrels and corks used.

If you enjoy cheese, the next stop will be Coldstream Dairy, where you will taste their handmade cheese, a family specialty crafted for generations.

Next, visit Stag Lane Farm distillery for pizza and insights into gin production, tasting local Victoria essence.

Then, stop in Healesville at Montesanto Coffee Roasters coffee shop for a beverage before exploring the town.

If you have a sweet tooth, a visit to the Yarra Valley chocolate shop will conclude your day before returning to your Melbourne hotel, filled with the best of the Yarra Valley's food and wine.
