This free tour of the Royal Albert Dock begins at Derby Square. We will walk to the Royal Albert Dock, significant during World War II for troop supply and transport. The dock still shows signs from that era.

Next, we will visit the Customs House to explore its history, starting as the first Wet Dock and its evolution to the present day.

The waterfront buildings, from commercial warehouses to customs offices, each contribute to the Albert Dock's development, reflecting Liverpool's transformation into a commercial and port center.

Following that, our tour will take us to Pier Head, a historic maritime trade center and site for significant city events.

We will admire landmarks such as the Liver Building, Cunard Building, and Port of Liverpool Building, renowned for their architecture and historical significance, collectively known as the Three Graces of Liverpool.

Lastly, we will arrive at Mann Island, offering a view of the Mersey River and discussing George's Dock, which laid the groundwork for Liverpool's maritime history and commerce.
