Snowdonia National Park, Caernarfon & Portmeiron Trip
The tour begins at Llandudno Railway Station at the designated meeting time. A 15-minute drive takes us to the Great Orme headland for views of the Welsh coast. Next, we visit Conwy Castle, where we will explore its impressive towers overlooking the estuary.
We will then travel along the north coast of Wales, reaching Caernarfon Castle after approximately 30 minutes. Here, we will learn about the castle's history and its connection to King Edward I of England.
Next, we stop at the Italian-style village of Portmeirion, granting approximately two and a half hours of free time for exploration of its shops and restaurants.
Continuing our journey, we move towards Snowdonia National Park. At the Nant Gwynant Pas viewpoint, we will enjoy views of the landscape, followed by a visit to the renowned Swallow Falls. We will also see the Ugly House before heading to our last destination, Tu-Hwnt-I'r Bont, a 15th-century country house. The tour concludes after 9 hours as we return across the Conwy valley to the meeting point.
