With this tour from Llandudno, you'll discover the legendary past of Conwy, Dolbadarn, and Caernarfon, three notable castles in Wales.

Snowdonia & Welsh Castles Tour

The tour begins at Llandudno Railway Station. We will first visit the Great Orme headland for views of Anglesey Island and the Irish Sea. Next, we will stop at Conwy Castle, where you will learn about King Edward I of England and his conquest of this region in the 13th century.

After exploring the castle, we will walk through Conwy's historic centre and visit notable sites including the Elizabethan townhouse of Plas Mawr and the smallest house in Britain.

Our tour proceeds through Snowdonia National Park, where we will admire the Nant Ffrancon valley and visit Llyn Ogwen and Llyn Mymbyr lakes to appreciate the scenic reflections of nearby mountains and valleys.

In Llanberis, you will have an hour of free time for lunch. Following lunch, we will visit the National Slate Museum, highlighting the slate industry's significance in Wales.

The tour concludes with a visit to the Dolbadarn Castle ruins and ends at Caernarfon to explore its history. We will return to Llandudno after a total duration of 9 hours.
