Snowdonia & Welsh Castles Tour
This North Wales tour begins at Llandudno Railway Station. After departure, we will head to the Great Orme headland for views of Anglesey Island and the Irish Sea. The first significant stop will be Conwy Castle, where you will learn about King Edward I of England's conquests in the 13th century. After exploring the castle, we will walk through Conwy's historic centre to see notable sites such as Plas Mawr and the smallest house in Britain.
Our journey continues through Snowdonia National Park, showcasing the scenery of the Nant Ffrancon valley. We will stop by Llyn Ogwen and Llyn Mymbyr lakes to enjoy reflections of the mountains. In Llanberis, you will have an hour of free time for lunch, followed by a visit to the National Slate Museum to learn about its historical significance in Wales.
We will conclude our exploration in Llanberis by visiting the Dolbadarn Castle ruins. The final stop will be Caernarfon Castle to uncover its history. The tour ends with a return to Llandudno after a total of 9 hours.
