Hike Details

This tour starts at the El Rincón de Pin restaurant in Pendueles. The hike takes you through a protected natural landscape, beginning in Pendueles near its bowling alley, church, and Casa de Indianos. While walking, participants will hear interesting facts about the town.

The route includes a section of the Camino de Santiago along the eastern coast. You'll reach the Pendueles Beach Lookout for scenic photo opportunities. Continuing, the path leads to Playa de la Pica for a brief stop before heading to the Cobijeru Complex Natural Monument, known for its karst formations and cliffs.

Participants will visit the interior beach, one of few in Asturias, and view an old tide mill. Details on its operation will be provided.

The hike concludes as we pass through the town of Buelna, providing insights into local life and Asturian traditions, before returning to Pendueles approximately 2 hours after starting.
