Catalonia Medieval Villages Day Trip Itinerary

On the morning of your tour, you'll be picked up from your selected meeting point in Lloret de Mar and embark on a comfortable air-conditioned bus for your tour of the Medieval villages of Catalonia. The first stop will be Rupit, in the province of Girona.

After approximately an hour and a half drive, you'll arrive in Rupit, where you will have free time to explore its cobblestone streets and see the famous hanging bridge. Enjoy a delicious lunch of local delicacies before continuing your tour.

Next, you will head to the Santuari de la Mare de Déu del Far, a historic church located over 1000 meters (over 3200 feet) high, offering views of the Girona landscape.

Your final destination will be Besalú, where you'll have time to visit its notable sights, including the 12th century Romanesque bridge, the Miqvé (Jewish baths), and the church-monastery of Sant Pere.

At the end of your day trip, you'll return to Lloret de Mar and be dropped off at the meeting point around 7 pm.
