Montserrat Day Trip Itinerary

On the day of the tour, we'll set off from Lloret de Mar toward the Montserrat massif, the most famous in Catalonia. The bus ride to the base of the mountain will last about an hour and a half.

Upon arrival, we will board the rack railway for a 20-minute ride, offering spectacular views of the surroundings. After the ride, we will explore the area and taste a liqueur made by the monks of the abbey.

You will have free time to explore the monastery, built among curious rock formations, and visit the venerated statue of the Virgin of Montserrat, believed to have been discovered in a cave.

There will be free time until 3 pm for you to eat at local restaurants before returning to Lloret de Mar. Your guide will share more stories about the myths and legends of the sanctuary during the tour.
