The Viña Ijalba Bodega is located just a 15-minute walk from the Puente de Piedra bridge in Logroño, a key wine tourism centre in the Rioja region of Spain.

Upon arrival, you'll embark on a guided tour, discovering different types of grapes grown across more than 210 acres of vineyards, as well as the production process of wines. Viña Ijalba's wines are certified under the La Rioja Denominación de Origen.

You will learn about the winery's history since its foundation in 1991 and visit the underground ageing room, where roughly two thousand casks made from French and American oak are stored.

To conclude the tour, you'll enjoy a tasting of three house wines led by an expert who will guide you through their taste, aroma, and color. You will also taste typical Rioja snacks from kilometer 0, including cheese, chorizo, and salami, to accompany the wine. Cheers!
