Scuba Diving in Lord Howe Island

At the selected time, we'll meet at Lagoon Road, where you'll receive equipment and proceed to the docks to board a boat for our underwater adventure.

We will sail to the dive site, where you will jump into the water to explore the seabed of the island.

You can choose to take on one or two dives. You’ll admire the diverse fauna of Tasmanian waters, with excellent visibility.

Expect to see coral formations, tropical fish, reef sharks, sea turtles, and stingrays during our underwater exploration.

After the adventure, we'll return to the dive center to conclude the activity.

Time and duration

If you opt for the one-dive option, we meet at 3 pm and the activity lasts one and a half hours. For the two dives option, we meet at 9 am and return by 1:30 pm.

Morning option: 2 dives from 9 am to 1:30 pm (4.5 hours).

Afternoon option: 1 dive from 3 pm to 4:30 pm (1.5 hours).

Requirements

To participate, you must hold a valid international PADI Open Water certificate or equivalent.

Important to note

After your last dive, you must wait at least 24 hours before flying or going to high-altitude areas.
