Finca Antigua Winery Visit
On our Finca Antigua Winery Visit, you'll taste three La Mancha wines from the Spanish province of Cuenca and learn about the winemaking process and the unique characteristics of these wines.
We will meet at the entrance of the Finca Antigua Winery for a guided tour. The tour will start with an overview of the vineyards surrounding the winery, providing insights into grape growing in Los Hinojosos.
Our next stop will be the technical tasting room, located at a viewpoint. Here, we will taste the wines while enjoying views of the vineyards and continue learning about winemaking as we explore the indoor facilities of the winery.
During the tour, we will discover the grape varieties and barrels used, along with the types of wine for which the winery is renowned. The experience will conclude with a guided tasting of three wines paired with Manchego cheese.
