At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Finca Antigua Winery for a guided tour. Our journey starts with an exploration of the vineyards surrounding the winery, focusing on grape growing in Los Hinojosos.
We'll then proceed to the technical tasting room, where we'll taste the wines while enjoying views of the vineyards. The tour will include insights into winemaking at the Finca Antigua Winery and the facilities.
During the tour, we'll learn about the grape varieties, barrels utilized, and the winery's notable wines. Finally, we'll participate in a guided tasting of three wines paired with Manchego cheese.
