Finca La Pontezuela Visit with Olive Oil Tasting
At the scheduled time, we'll meet in Finca La Pontezuela's car park, where the guide will be waiting to take us inside.
Located in the Montes de Toledo, this site specializes in the production of extra virgin olive oil. Our visit will begin with a screening to help us understand the local geography, followed by a visit to the oil mill to discuss the production process of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).
Next, we'll go to the Olive Grove Interpretation Centre, which features advanced technology such as virtual reality glasses, video mappings, touch screens, and audiovisual installations for an interactive experience. The Finca has received recognition for having the best Cornicabra oil in the world.
The visit will conclude with a tasting of three types of EVOO, where an expert will explain the different flavors detected in this product.
After 1 hour and 30 minutes, our visit will end and we will say our goodbyes at the entrance of the Finca.
