At the designated meeting time, we will gather at the designated parking area of the olive farm, where a knowledgeable guide will be ready to escort us inside.

Nestled in the Montes de Toledo region, this renowned establishment is dedicated to the art of extra virgin olive oil production. Our journey will commence with an insightful presentation aimed at familiarizing us with the region’s unique landscape. Following this, we will explore the oil mill, gaining insights into the intricate process of crafting extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).

Subsequently, we’ll proceed to the Olive Grove Interpretation Centre, which boasts state-of-the-art technology. You will engage with virtual reality headsets, video projections, interactive touch screens, and multimedia displays, transforming your visit into an engaging and immersive experience. Interestingly, this location was awarded for having the best Cornicabra olive oil worldwide.

The highlight of our visit will be a guided tasting of three varieties of EVOO, led by a skilled expert who will elucidate the diverse flavors we’ll experience in this exquisite oil.

After an enriching experience lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, we will conclude our visit and part ways at the entrance of the farm.
