Bike Tour of Vilamoura

At 10 am, we'll meet up in front of the Marina Arcadas building to start our bicycle tour of Vilamoura. During the 12-mile-long route, we'll pedal through this town discovering its charms and hidden treasures.

First, we'll head to the leisure port, where we'll enjoy views of the coastline and admire the many yachts that moor at this pier.

Then, we'll cycle through the city center and cross the Quarteira River to visit the Vilamoura Environmental Park: a 200-hectare site home to different ecosystems, including wetlands. Here, you'll learn about the different species of birds in this area of the Algarve.

Next, we'll cycle back to the coast to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Vilamoura. We will stop to rest and taste a traditional local sweet before continuing.

The bike tour concludes back at the original starting point at approximately 12:30 pm.

Who can take part in the activity?

The minimum height required to participate is 3.6 ft (1.10 meters). In addition, you must weigh a minimum of 44 lbs (20 kilos).
