Description

Respect for nature and a tradition of winemaking are central to the experience in Luc-sur-Orbieu. We will meet at the entrance of the Château de Luc at the designated time.

The guided tour will cover the Fabre family, who have owned the château since 1605. The estate has a history of producing high-quality wines while respecting the land and vines.

During the tour, we will explore key areas of the Château de Luc, including its 15th-century underground cellar and 17th-century kitchen. We will learn about the organic techniques used to create wines unique to Languedoc-Roussillon.

The tour includes a tasting of five or six organic wines in the old stables, focusing on the distinct notes of each wine and discussing aromas and flavours to deepen understanding of wine and its evolution.

After one hour, we will conclude the experience and say our goodbyes at the Château de Luc.
