Mount Titlis Half-Day Tour

After leaving the Landenberg bus parking lot in Lucerne at the indicated time, you'll drive through central Switzerland towards Engelberg, a picturesque town in an Alpine valley. Upon arriving in Engelberg, board the Titlis Rotair cable car and ascend to Mount Titlis, located over 9,800 feet (3000 metres) above sea level, enjoying views over glaciers and ice boulders. You will have two hours of free time to explore the Alpine environment and partake in various activities before descending back to Engelberg.

What to Do at Mount Titlis?

At the summit of Mount Titlis, you can engage in the following activities, included in your ticket:

Titlis Cliff Walk: Europe's highest suspension bridge at around 10,000 feet (3,000 m), offering views of the glacier below and the Uri Alps.Ice Flyer: a chair lift providing aerial views of the glaciers.Glacier Cave: explore a 500-foot-long (150 m) walkway within the glacier.Glacier Park: enjoy sledding and snow tubing in a snow-covered zone.

You can also visit the TITLIS Horizon viewpoint for an additional fee of 18CHF for adults and 9CHF for children.

Access to all activities is included in the tour price, but their availability is subject to weather conditions.

Itinerary Adjustments

From June 2026 onwards, visits to the summit will be approximately 1 hour due to construction of the new Titlis tower and mountain station. Activities will be enjoyed as weather permits. The descent will be to the Trübsee middle station, where catering options are available. Routes and transport may be modified during maintenance.
