Mendoza River Rafting Experience
During the booking process, you can select between a 12 or 30-kilometre (7.4 to 18-mile) rafting trip. We will gather at your preferred time in the Parque de Aventura in Potrerillos, conveniently located by the Mendoza River.
12-Kilometre Rafting Trip (2 hours)
Opting for this route, we will depart from the meeting point and drive for about 15 minutes along the Ruta 7 to reach one of the prime riverbank spots on the Mendoza River.
After a short briefing by our experienced instructor, our rafting adventure begins. This option is ideal for beginners, navigating 12 kilometres through class II and III rapid sections.
The river experience will take approximately 60 minutes, after which we will conclude our journey together.
Schedule: This activity operates from May to June at 11 am or 3 pm, as per your choice.
30-Kilometre Rafting Trip + Lunch (5 to 6 hours)
For those opting for the extended adventure, we will travel towards Cerro Negro, exploring the scenic areas along the Mendoza River that borders this prominent hill. Let's embark on this journey!
This rafting experience lasts between 3 hours 30 minutes and 4 hours, covering an exciting 30-kilometre (19-mile) stretch amid class II and III rapids. Midway, we will take a break for a delightful lunch on the riverbank beside the historic Guido train station. Expect a savory barbecue featuring sausages, grilled vegetables, salad, and fresh fruit, complemented by your choice of wine, juice, or mineral water.
Post-lunch, we will resume our rafting journey along the Mendoza River, making our way towards the Tierras Coloradas area before returning to our starting point.
Schedule: This experience is available for booking between December and March at 11 am.
