Activity Overview

At the designated time, our team will meet you at your hotel in Mendoza for a scenic drive to Potrerillos Adventure Park. After approximately one hour, we will reach this riverside destination to kick off an exhilarating kayaking journey on the Potrerillos Dam.

Upon our arrival, a safety briefing will be provided by the instructor. Subsequently, we will equip ourselves with the required gear and begin the kayaking adventure across the Potrerillos Dam, which is a significant reservoir in Mendoza province.

During this 1.5-hour excursion of moderate difficulty, we will paddle along the Mendoza River, the source of water for the reservoir. While navigating, you’ll be treated to captivating panoramas of the Andean foothills.

Following the kayak tour, you will receive 4 hours of free time to enjoy the reservoir at your own pace.

To conclude the day, we will kayaked back to the original departure point and return you to your hotel in Mendoza about 8 hours following your pick-up.

Key Information

It’s important to mention that if the dam is experiencing high water levels, we will initiate our activities at Potrerillos Adventure Park. Conversely, in low capacity situations, we will proceed by road to the Perilago area for the kayak tour.
