Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan

Embark on a 4-day cruise from Luxor to Aswan for an Egyptian adventure exploring temples and sailing through the Nile River.

What to Expect

Day 1: Luxor - The Start of Your Nile Adventure

Upon arrival at Luxor airport, you'll be transported to a cruise ship, beginning your full room and board experience.

Day 2: Luxor - Esna - Edfu

After breakfast, explore Luxor, visiting the Luxor and Karnak Temples and the Valley of the Kings (three tombs), Temple of Hatshepsut, and Colossi of Memnon. Visit an artisanal store, then sail to Edfu for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Edfu - Kom Ombo - Aswan

Following breakfast, enjoy a horse and carriage tour of Edfu's temple dedicated to Horus, then proceed to Kom Ombo for its temple honoring Sobek and Hareoris. Continue cruising to Aswan for the night.

Day 4: Aswan - A Day of Marvels

After breakfast, visit Philae Temple, dedicated to the Goddess Isis. Optionally, visit the Abu Simbel temples. Visit a perfume shop, followed by a traditional felucca boat ride, with another night in Aswan.

Day 5: Aswan - Departure

After breakfast and check-out, enjoy free time before transport to your departure location, with the option for lunch onboard if leaving in the evening.

Guided tours by English-speaking experts include visits to Luxor Temple, Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Colossi of Memnon, Edfu Temple, Philae Temple, and Kom Ombo Temple, along with a felucca boat cruise.

Additional Tours

A 3-night cruise option is available, along with a dinner show activity along the Nile.

Boats & Categories

Two categories of cruise ships are available:

5* Standard: MS Pioneer II, MS Mirage, MS Nile Delta, among others.5* Premium: MS Nile Dolfine, MS Zeina, Royal Esadora, among others.

Boat assignments are confirmed 10 days before departure.

Tour Prices

Prices are per person in a double cabin. Singles incur a supplement.3-people bookings will be a double room with an extra bed; a supplement applies for separate rooms.

All Included

Price includes everything: transportation, accommodation, meals, guides, excursions, visits, and entrance fees (excluding the Tomb of Tutankhamun).

Important Information

Activity order may vary, but all will be included. Additional visits can be booked during the cruise.

Cancellation

No refunds are available for cancellations during the Christmas and Easter holidays.

Pickup Points

Pickup is available from Luxor east bank hotels or boats at approximately noon. A meeting point will be arranged for west bank locations.
