How It Works



The Lyon City Card becomes active upon first use. After that, it remains valid for the selected duration of 1, 2, 3, or 4 consecutive days. It is advisable to utilize the card in the morning to fully benefit from its validity. The card permits free entry to each attraction listed.

Where to Pick Up the Card



To access the advantages of the Lyon City Card, ensure to redeem the voucher sent to you. The points for collection are:

Lyon Tourist Office: situated at Place Bellecour. Open daily from 9 am to 6 pm (closed December 25th and January 1st). Part-Dieu shopping center: Place de l'Eau (69003 Lyon). Open from 9:30 am to 8 pm, Monday to Saturday, and from 10 am to 8 pm on Sundays and public holidays. Closed on January 1, May 1, and December 25.

Lyon City Card App



While the Lyon City Card application cannot replace the physical card, it acts as a practical tourist guide. Once downloaded, it grants you access to information regarding all Lyon City Card partners without requiring an internet connection.



With the geolocation feature activated, you can explore activities in your vicinity. By linking the app to your physical card, you will receive updates regarding available visits, their validity, remaining time, and more.
