Rhone Valley Wine Tour

We'll meet at 10 am in front of the Tourist Office in Place Bellecour to begin this excursion for wine enthusiasts.

After a 30-minute drive south, you'll arrive at the Côte-Rôtie vineyards. Accompanied by a guide, you'll walk on the steep slopes where the vines grow, learning about the attributes of this exceptional red wine. You'll have the opportunity to taste between 5 and 6 wines, including Saint-Joseph, Condrieu, and Côte-Rôtie.

Following this, you'll have an hour of free time in the winery and its vineyard to enjoy local cuisine before exploring the Hermitage vineyards.

Next, we'll visit a vineyard appellation in the northern Rhone Valley, located on the left bank. Here, climate conditions allow for wines with aromas of red fruits and flowers. You will taste 5 or 6 different wines during this visit.

We will then take a stroll to the top of Hermitage hill for a view of the Rhone Valley.

The tour concludes with a return to the departure point in Lyon, arriving around 6 pm.
