Scuba Diving in Maafushi

At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and take you to the Maafushi dive center. There, we'll provide all the necessary equipment for the dive including a wetsuit, mask, and fins.

We will board a boat to the diving area to start the dive. We'll put on our equipment and enter the water, deflating our BCDs and gradually beginning our dive to explore the seabed of Maafushi.

For approximately 50 minutes, depending on your air supply, we'll explore the Maldives' underwater environment, seeking unique marine life including colorful fish, corals, sea turtles, manta rays, and reef sharks.

After the dive, we will return to the dive center to return the equipment and take you back to your hotel.

6 dives

If one dive is insufficient, you can opt for six dives over three days, allowing for two dives per day to explore the Maldives more thoroughly.

Requirements

To participate, you must hold a PADI Open Water Diver certificate or similar to qualify for this dive.

Important to note

After the last dive, it is essential to wait at least 24 hours before boarding a plane or going to high-altitude areas.
