Scuba Diving in Maafushi

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the Maafushi dive center. There, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment: wetsuit, mask, and fins.

Next, we will board a boat to the diving area to start the dive. We will quickly put on our equipment and enter the water. We will deflate our BCDs and begin to explore the seabed of Maafushi.

For about 50 minutes, depending on the remaining air in your tank, we will explore the Maldives' waters and look for unique marine life, including colorful fish, corals, sea turtles, manta rays, and reef sharks.

After the dive, we will return to the dive center to drop off the equipment before taking you back to your hotel.

6 dives

If one dive is not sufficient, you can book an option to explore the waters around the Maldives through six dives, split over three days, allowing for two dives per day.

Requirements

To participate, you must possess a PADI Open Water Diver certificate in Maafushi or a similar qualification to confirm your readiness for this dive.

Important to note

After the last dive, you must wait at least 24 hours before boarding a plane or traveling to high altitude areas.
