Ponta de São Lourenço + Kayaking & Snorkeling Tour

At 11 am, we'll meet at Quinta do Lorde Marina in Caniçal, from where we'll embark on an extensive tour of Ponta de São Lourenço.

First, we'll cruise the waters along the coast of Caniçal aboard a speedboat to reach the Natural Reserve of Ponta de São Lourenço. The reserve is located on a peninsula at the end of Eastern Madeira, known for its volcanic formations and steep cliffs.

After arriving, we'll switch to kayaks, with a brief instruction before paddling to discover the landscapes of Abra Bay and its sea caves. This two-hour activity will provide a unique view of the peninsula and allow us to relax in the Atlantic waves.

After kayaking, we’ll use snorkeling goggles for two hours to explore the seabed of Ponta de São Lourenço, where octopus, starfish, triggerfish, and corals can be seen in the clear waters.

Following the snorkeling, we'll enjoy a sandwich and a drink. Concluding the tour, we'll travel to the far end of Punta San Lorenzo to see the lighthouse.

Lastly, we'll return to Caniçal at 5:30 pm, ending the activity.
