With your round-trip ticket, you will bypass the queues of travellers and depart from the centre of Aguas Calientes. The bus to Machu Picchu departs from Avenida Hermanos Ayar and takes 30 minutes. The air-conditioned vehicle follows the Hiram Bingham Route, covering 5 miles (8 kilometres) in a zig-zag pattern.

Skip the lines

By booking in advance, you can skip the long lines for public transportation tickets, especially in July and August. However, you may need to wait to board the bus.

Schedule and frequency

The bus transfer operates from 5:30 am to 5 pm, with departures every 10 minutes. Your ticket does not have a set time, allowing you to board at your convenience during these hours. If you cannot use your ticket on the booked date, it will be valid on the day before or after.
