With your round-trip ticket, you'll skip the busy queues of travellers and set off from the centre of Aguas Calientes. The bus departs from Avenida Hermanos Ayar, with a journey time of 30 minutes to Machu Picchu in an air-conditioned vehicle. The bus follows the Hiram Bingham Route, covering 5 miles (8 kilometres) in a zig-zag pattern.

Skip the lines

By booking this ticket in advance, you'll skip the long lines in Aguas Calientes for public transportation tickets, particularly in July and August. However, queues to board the bus will still be necessary.

Schedule and frequency

The bus transfer runs from 5:30 am to 5 pm, with departures every 10 minutes. Your ticket won't have a set time, allowing you to board at your convenience within the scheduled hours. If you cannot use the ticket on your booked date, it can be used on the day before or after your reservation.
