We'll meet at the Terminal Marítimo da Madalena and depart towards the plains inland.

During our journey, we will cross mountains and lakes, revealing the secrets of Pico, known for its volcanoes and craters. A stop will be made at a viewpoint for photo opportunities.

A tasty picnic lunch will be provided, including a sandwich or salad, fruit, a cereal bar, water, and juice.

After lunch, we will visit the Casa dos Vulcões Centre of Interpretation to learn about volcanic activity.

Subsequently, we will explore more lakes and volcanoes on Pico Island, located away from busy cities, ideal for appreciating the scenery of the Azores.

We will return to the meeting point in Madalena approximately 8 hours after departure.
