Day Trip to Toledo, Segovia and Ávila

At the indicated time, we'll meet in the centre of Madrid and head to our first destination: Toledo, a World Heritage Site. This city is known as the City of Three Cultures due to its architecture from Christian, Jewish and Muslim origins. A walk through its old town will include the exterior of the Alcazar, Cathedral of Toledo, and the Monastery of San Juan de los Reyes. If available, we will visit the interior of the Cathedral.

Next, we will go to Segovia where you'll have free time for lunch. Afterwards, we will visit the Roman Aqueduct and the exterior of the cathedral, followed by the Alcazar of Segovia.

Our final destination will be Ávila, where we will explore the city's impressive walls, the best preserved in Spain. We'll see the medieval citadel and Ávila Cathedral, and enjoy the view from the Mirador de los Cuatro Postes.

Finally, we will return to Madrid and conclude the tour after between 11 and 13 hours.

Itinerary Order

The order of visits may vary. On some days, we might visit Segovia first, followed by lunch in Ávila, before visiting Toledo in the afternoon.
