Sierra de Guadarrama National Park Day Trip

Enjoy a day away from the hustle and bustle of Madrid with this day trip to the Sierra Guadarrama National Park. We'll also visit Manzanares El Real and the Monastery of El Paular.

Day Trip Details

We'll meet at the designated time at Plaza de España, in the center of Madrid. From there, we will take a comfortable bus to the Sierra Guadarrama National Park. This route offers beautiful landscapes and monuments.

In less than an hour, we will reach our first stop, the Manzanares El Real Castle, where we will view the Castle of the Mendoza, a 15th-century fortress.

Next, we will head to La Pedriza for a walking tour to explore the area's geological richness and local fauna, also visiting the port of Cotos and Navacerradas.

Our route continues in Rascafría, where you can have lunch at your own expense in a local restaurant. After lunch, we'll pass by the Finnish Forest and the Monastery of El Paular, which we will view from outside.

Finally, we will return to the starting point in Madrid, arriving 10 hours after pickup.
