Day Trip to Lugano + Bellinzona

Join us as we venture into Switzerland to visit Lugano and Bellinzona, two towns in the canton of Ticino!

Day Trip Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at the designated meeting point and start our journey through beautiful landscapes.

We will leave northern Italy and cross into Ticino, the southernmost canton of Switzerland. Our first stop will be at the Alprose factory to observe how their chocolates are made.

Next, we will head to Lugano, where you will have 2 hours of free time to explore the shores of Lugano Lake, enjoy local cuisine, and visit the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. You can also shop in the historic center.

In the afternoon, we will meet again in Lugano and proceed to Bellinzona. In this town, we will see the Castles of Castelgrande and Montebello.

You will then have another hour of free time in Bellinzona to explore the old town, shop, and have a drink.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point approximately 11 to 11.5 hours later.
