Antequera Dolmens & El Torcal Day Trip
On our day trip to the Antequera Dolmens and El Torcal, we'll depart from Malaga to visit a prehistoric archaeological site and a nature reserve. At 8:30 am, we will meet on Calle San Rafael in Malaga and travel to the outskirts of Antequera.
The first stop will be the Dolmens of Viera and Menga, an archaeological site over 6,000 years old and a World Heritage Site, recognized as an example of prehistoric monumental architecture in Europe.
Next, we will visit the Tholos del Romeral. Following this, we will proceed to the El Torcal de Antequera Nature Reserve, notable for its karst landscape and also a World Heritage Site.
You will be dropped off in the historic center of Antequera at 1:30 pm, where you can lunch and explore the city. We will provide a tourist map and a bus ticket for your return to Malaga. The public bus departs Antequera at 5:15 pm.
