Mount Bromo Sunrise Day Trip

On this day trip to Mount Bromo from Malang, you'll discover the most famous volcano on the island of Java and enjoy views of an Indonesian sunrise.

Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Malang and begin our journey northeast in an off-roading vehicle.

After approximately 2 hours of travel through the landscapes of East Java, we'll reach Mount Bromo National Park. We will rest at a warung cabin while waiting for the sunrise, which we will view from Love Hill or King Kong Hill, depending on the weather.

After the sunrise experience, we'll head to the volcano crater and begin a hike lasting approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the group's pace, with stops for rest and scenery viewing. It is advisable to bring breakfast for the hike.

Finally, we will visit the whispering sand area and the savanna, known as Teletubbies Hill. We will then start our journey back to our starting point and return to your hotel in Malang, concluding the trip after a total of 11.5 hours.
