Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in the centre of Malé to set off on this guided tour.

Next, we'll continue towards the Malé Friday Mosque, a 16th-century coral mosque that houses the tomb of Abu-al-Barakat, who is responsible for the country's conversion to Islam.

Afterwards, we'll visit Sultan Park, created in honour of the first Sultan, the Presidential Palace, and the emblematic Independence Square, also known as Jumhooree Maidhaan.

Once you've visited these places and learned about the history of the Maldives, we'll head to a fish market to explore the importance of this industry for the island's inhabitants.

At the end of the tour, we'll take you back to your hotel in the city centre, completing a total duration of about 3 hours.
